Dental Insurance Options
We currently file all insurances as a courtesy to our patients and expect you to pay your portion of the bill on the day of service.
We are participating providers with Delta Dental, UHC, Cigna, Ameritas, BCBS, Companion Life, and Aetna. We also file for United Concordia, Tricare, MetLife, Guardian, Assurant, Principal, and Aflac.
Dental Payment Options
Cash, check, credit and debit cards accepted.
Select in office payments for fees over $500.
Care Credit – Interest-free payment plans up to 12 months and extended payment plans with low interest rates. Approval can be obtained online at www.carecredit.com or in our office while you wait.
Pay As You Go – you may choose to pay your obligation from each visit with cash, check, or credit card at your pace.
Gradual Treatment Plan – by prioritizing treatment, patients can still complete their dental work by spreading appointments over several months or years.
